Shortly after moving to Los Angeles Kelly Zak started working at Legacy Effects.

She initially started as a fabricatior on Captain America : Civil War, and shortly thereafter began organizing for X-Men Apocalypse. This rolled into a variety of roles for commercials, television, films, and events.

Kelly Zak spent 6 months working as a collaborative team member building a multitude of superhero suits. 

From roles like breakdowns and scheduling to more hands on work like sewing and assembling the suits, she gained an intimate knowledge of the process and what it takes to make something of a superhero quality.
